We can also format your ebooks and manuals so that not only will they be informative, easy to navigate, and visually appealing.

Transcription

General Transcription and Data Entry                    We take your audio, whether on digital, cassette or mini-cassette tapes, and transcribe it to text. Subject matter is immaterial. While it is quicker to transcribe media where there are few speakers, we are not hampered by more. We will be as accurate as a legal organization might need to as general as a student’s class notes might be. Regardless of the genre or industry, ALC will reduce the drudgery of the process.  

Bookkeeping and Payroll (QuickBooks)

Billing Send invoices, prepare statements, etc.
Accounts Payable Post receipts and invoices, process payments.
Accounts Receivable  Post payments, make deposits.
Bank reconciliations Reconcile bank accounts monthly.
Monthly reports  Prepare monthly financial reports.
Payroll (Up to 6* employees) Process payroll and pay taxes, manage benefits process quarterly filings, prepare annual W-2's.
Process 1099's Process W-9's, print and mail annual 1099's
Yearly tax preparation Interface and work with your CPA to gather all necessary information needed to complete your tax return.

Vendor Coordination Coordinate office equipment service, office moves or vendor issues.
Calendar/Schedule  Set up reminders, manage weekly schedule.
Email Management  Organize emails using preferences and folders.
Contact Management Keep contact database up to date and enter data as needed.
Client or Volunteer Care Send cards, gifts, and special notes to clients, board members, and volunteers.

Event Planning

Seminars, Board meetings, Annual Membership Meetings, Fundraisers, etc.  Assist with venue selection, menu planning, caterer selection, registration, invitations, handouts, badges, and other services depending on type of event.
